High Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge Meter to Measure Plastics / Glass / Ceramics
1. Introduction
ML160 ultrasonic thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of materials that can enter only one of the sides. this instrument is suitable for many different materials including steel, cast iron, aluminum, red copper, brass, zinc, quartz glass, polyethylene PVC, gray cast iron, ductile iron, iron and other ultrasonic good conductive materials. The dual probe can extend the measurement range to all possible ranges. Sensor models are available special applications, including coarse particle materials and high temperature applications. Two point calibration function; two working modes: single point mode and scanning mode; coupling state indicator showing coupling state; automatic sleep and automatic power off function to save battery life.
2 Functions
1)Suitable for measuring the thickness of any hard material, such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, quartz glass, polyvinyl chloride, gray cast iron, ductile iron, etc
2)Auto Zero
3)Data storage, up to 20 t files (up to 99 values per file)
4)Automatic Power Off
