1. Introduction

LWGYML series turbine flow meter is a new generation kind of flow meter that absorbs the advanced technologies of flow meter at home and abroad. It has been optimized and designed to have so many characteristics, such as simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability,easy installation and usage.

2. Features

  • High accuracy, usually reach ±1%R,±0.5%R,or even reach ±0.2%R for high-precision type.
  • Good repeatability, it can reach 0.05%-0.2% in short term, if regular calibration or online calibration can get an extremely high accuracy, so it is preferred in foreign trade.
  • Pulse signal output, it is suitable for totalizer measurement and computer connection, no zero drift,strong capacity of resisting disturbance.
  • High frequency signal(3-4KHz), strong signal resolution.
  • Wide range, middle and big diameter can reach 1:20, and small diameter can reach 1:10.
  • Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance.

3. Application

Turbine flow meters are widely used in the following measurement objects: oil, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas and low temperature fluid. In the foreign liquefied petroleum gas, refined oil and light crude oil transfer and gathering stations, the first and last stations of large crude oil pipeline are widely used for trade settlement. Turbine flowmeters in Europe and the United States are second only to orifice flowmeters for natural gas metering. The Netherlands alone has adopted more than 2600 gas turbine flowmeters of various sizes and pressures from 0.8 MPa to 6.5 MPa. They have become excellent natural gas flowmeters. Although the excellent metering characteristics of turbine Flowmeter are favored by people, it gives the impression that the moving parts are short in use and hesitant in selection.
